Kenworth W900 Reworked Sounds

Just done a bit of editing to the sounds of the Kenworth W900 by SCS. Added a new turbo sound (Made by Kriechbaum), and some Jake brake fixes done by myself with the help of Kriechbaum. Also changed the startup sound.
Please do not re-upload and keep original credits!
